Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial — no card, no expiry date. Connect three accounts, publish five videos a month, and upgrade only when you actually hit those walls.
What counts as a connected account?
Every platform profile you connect, added up across all platforms. One Instagram account, one YouTube channel and one TikTok account is three connected accounts.
Are posts on Growth really unlimited?
ClipFlight puts no cap on how much you publish. Each platform enforces its own daily limits per account — Instagram, YouTube and TikTok all have them — and preflight shows you where you stand before you post. A fair-use rate limit exists to stop runaway scripts, not real creators.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling will stop renewal and normally keep Growth running to the end of the current billing period. The workspace will then return to the Free plan, and accounts over its limit may become unavailable or read-only rather than being deleted solely because of cancellation.
What is the refund policy?
Paid fees will generally be non-refundable, with exceptions for legal requirements, duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery and material technical defects. Other requests will be reviewed case by case. Read the Refund Policy for details.
