1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of clipflight.com and the ClipFlight application at app.clipflight.com. ClipFlight is operated by Cendro Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 84 697 743 598), an Australian company (“ClipFlight”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using ClipFlight, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What ClipFlight does
ClipFlight lets you upload vertical video, check selected technical specifications, connect supported social-platform accounts and ask ClipFlight to publish content to the destinations and visibility settings you choose. Platform features, limits and availability can change without notice.
A successful preflight check does not guarantee that a platform will accept, classify, distribute or keep a post available. Each platform makes its own final decisions.
3. Access and connected accounts
You sign in through Google and are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, signing out on shared devices and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access. You may connect only social accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
When you connect an account, you authorize ClipFlight to use the permissions shown in that platform’s consent screen for the limited purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that authorization from ClipFlight’s Channels screen, through the platform’s own security settings, or by contacting support.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of the videos, captions and other content you submit. You grant ClipFlight a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out your publishing instructions.
You are responsible for your content, its accuracy, and having all rights, permissions and clearances needed to upload and publish it. Before asking ClipFlight to publish, you certify that the content and action comply with applicable law, the destination platform’s terms and community guidelines, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.
5. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms are independent services and are not controlled by ClipFlight. Their terms, privacy policies, account limits, reviews, outages and enforcement decisions apply to your use of their services.
By using ClipFlight’s YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. New or unaudited YouTube API projects can cause uploaded videos to remain private regardless of a requested public setting; ClipFlight will identify the actual visibility it requests and will not promise public availability before the applicable project restrictions are lifted.
You authorize each publishing action only when you select a connected account, choose the available settings and submit the action. ClipFlight will not publish to a platform without that instruction.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use ClipFlight to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, exploitative or privacy-violating content;
- send spam, create fake engagement, impersonate others or coordinate inauthentic behaviour;
- circumvent platform restrictions, rate limits, access controls, reviews or enforcement;
- upload malware, probe the service without authorization, or interfere with its security or operation;
- use a connected account or content without the necessary authority or rights.
We may restrict access or remove stored material when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform rules, or address a breach of these Terms.
7. Plans, subscriptions and billing
The Pricing page and checkout show the plans that are currently available, the included limits, the billing period, currency and amount due. Displaying a planned price without an active checkout does not make that paid plan available for purchase. Taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout.
Paid transactions may be processed by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider disclosed at checkout. Its buyer terms and privacy notice may also apply to the transaction. ClipFlight does not collect or store complete payment-card details.
Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the selected payment method. We may change prices for a future billing period after reasonable notice; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
A plan described as having unlimited posts has no ordinary monthly post-count limit imposed by ClipFlight. Platform limits, fair-use safeguards, file limits, connected-account limits and reasonable controls against spam, abusive automation or disruption still apply.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time using the billing controls made available in ClipFlight or by the provider identified at checkout. Unless an immediate cancellation or refund applies, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, the workspace returns to the limits of the Free plan. Accounts or data above a Free-plan limit may become unavailable or read-only, but will not be deleted solely because of cancellation.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable and are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where required by law or allowed under our Refund Policy. A refund may end access to the corresponding paid plan immediately.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, platform integrations or access as the service evolves. Scheduled or in-progress actions can fail because of network, storage, platform or account conditions beyond our control.
You should keep your own copy of important media and records. ClipFlight is a distribution tool, not a permanent archive or backup service.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ClipFlight and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create legal, security, platform or service-integrity risk, or where suspension is required by law or a connected platform.
Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix a remediable breach. Account closure does not cancel amounts already due or automatically remove content already published to third-party platforms.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipFlight is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, platform acceptance, audience reach, classification as a Short or Reel, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipFlight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost reach, lost revenue, platform enforcement, or loss caused by a third-party platform or by content and settings you supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms as ClipFlight evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
